Time To Start Eating Healthy!

Happy October!

It is the first of the new month and because the first of the month is the easiest date to remember, I am going to start eating healthy beginning today. I eat so horribly, most of the "foods" I eat contain a lot of sodium and fat, including chips and fast food. Healthy is the way to go!

Actually, I felt really bad about how I ate when I came across a video of a girl on Youtube showing what she eats on a weekly basis and it was all healthy food items, and because I felt so bad, I decided I should really change up my eating habits. I know I say it all the time that I want to eat healthier, but this time I'm really going to try hard. I have so many friends who in high school were not very fit and are now running marathons. It's truly inspiring to see how fit they are now and I believe I need to take a step towards being healthy.

First order of business for me though is cutting out my number one craving, chips. I love chips of all variety and flavors. It is my weakness. If I can get through one whole month without eating chips, I will be very proud of myself. My plan is to replace chips with other healthier items.. Wish me luck! :)
